Actually, my neighbor said he saw a floating player poking around right outside my base shortly after the incident with boosy. I had my upper roof door open, and when I went to go check out my stations, I found that all of my lumber was missing. It was also the only accessible area of my base without going through an iron door, and opening any iron door would have required turning security off, which would have been logged.
My base hadn't been attacked or raided, the upper roof isn't accessible at all from the ground, and this all happened within a very short time after Boosy got heated for me reporting his friend. So it's not baseless. The guy that told me he saw an admin up there poking around my roof area, is named
Sir Loin.
He's an old guy and would never lie to me or on my behalf. He didn't see much, so he can't say for sure he stole anything. But he certainly saw a floating guy poking around my base roof, and the timing isn't great. Boosy was also the only admin on at the time he told me he saw it. So put two and two together.
I would say Sir Loin is a pretty trust worthy guy, and anyone who has spent even 5 minutes chatting with him should agree with that.
You honestly could never really prove any admin did anything on any server in this game, because 1) potion of appearance 2) can't get a name from a floating body not close enough to hold down 'E'. So you can't act like there is some definitive way to prove anything an admin does short of recording them actually saying they're doing it on the mic.
So it's 1) not slander 2) not baseless when there's 3rd party un-involved witnesses to back up the assertion.
However, making complaints on behalf of your friends, is as biased as investigating reports of glitching by your friends as an admin, dontcha think? That's like a politician investigating themselves for corruption.
I'd say the comments made here really aren't incriminating at all, and I'll even take the time to prove why.

(that's an opinion, and hardly slanderous. last I checked, the servers average has been 7-20 players. I've seen it as low as 2-3 players lately too.....and it's not because of the whitelist, because there's tons of abandoned bases from people on the white list that have been abandoned since 2 days after the wipe they haven't come back)==============================
So when put in actual context, these comments are actually rather bland, and if anything, fair game for discussion. Of course, when you present it as slanderous without the actual context behind them, it's easy to twist the point of view of anyone just glancing now isn't it? I would say that calling these comments slander, is actually in and of itself slander. But I'm happy to address them to keep everything transparent, as I've always been honest, fair, and transparent in all things.
As for the comments about the missing lumber, well that has been addressed at the beginning of the post. And again, considering there is an unbiased third party witness, it's not really slander.
In fact, I had intended to let the whole thing slide because I didn't even need the lumber and didn't want to go through the trouble of proving it, so all you've really done is bring this issue to the forefront.
Also, these comments I make in general, don't sound like a slanderous revenge driven person now do they? They more accurately, sound like an honest person, who may have been wronged, being fair, and open, and responding to open discussion on the server. Not really nasty at all.
Of course, you conveniently left out quite a bit of what was said by others after your screenshots end, now didn't you? Hmmm.....why is that? Interesting how that is isn't it? Could it be that maybe.....just maybe, you're trying to distort the point of view of what happened? Interesting indeed.
Because guess what....

You remind me how when after I reported poultry adams for glitching, he immediately tried to say that I was not announcing battles against him, when it was him who initiated battles against me!! LOL. So he expects to be able to attack, but not be counter attacked.....how about that logic eh? Just childish high school level crap. I also followed every rule on that to the letter, like for example, the declaration of battle ending after a server restart.

Nick = Holland Hox. Even you, nick, said the spamalot logging building is not legit in these screenshots. So tell me nick, are you reporting yourself for slander? Because if you're reporting what I said for slander.....well then you also must be reporting yourself for slander too right? I mean after all, if the spamalot logging co is not legit, then obviously someone is giving him blocks right? So you're slandering with your assertion aren't you?

So either we're both slandering, or neither of us are slandering. also you were primarily the one asking questions of me, prompting the replies in the first place. Seems a bit weird when you look at your comments in the screenshots, and then later make a complaint of slander against an admin.

So, let's see, so far I have presented at least 3 names of players other than myself -
Jiff, who saw an ignore of the server rule on kings wall thickness limits.
Sir Loin, who saw a floating person poking around my base roof shortly before stuff went missing, and you yourself
Nick, saying in these very screenshots, that you didn't believe the Logging Co building was built with legitimately farmed blocks.
So I'd say slander is far from the truth and on that note I rest my case.
I'll also leave this little tid bit here. Not exactly unbiased are we nick? Definitely seeing a pattern here. Quite convenient given all the context and circumstances. Looks very much like someones trying to stack the deck.
