Server Wipes

The problem we have had so far is that we couldn't even go a week without having to wipe. The wipes were not planned and were only done as a last resort to cure the incredible lag. We have usually done an anarchy hour where all rules are off before the wipe.
Going forward we will see how long the server can go without wiping. Currently the server is running at a higher FPS than it was right after wipe before. Hopefully we will be able to schedule our wipes and do something like this. Thanks for the input.
